The Production Process
At Wahi Media, we handle every bit of the wahi production process. From the first conceptual meeting to the launch party, we’ll be right there with you. Scripting
Its not always easy to get your message across. That’s where we come in. We write scripts that engage audiences with interesting storylines while providing them with the information you need them to know. We consider the psychology of the conversation, focusing on building and maintaining trust. People are much more willing to listen and answer questions honestly when they feel comfortable.
Casting
Sometimes our clients are the stars of their own wahis, but many times we call in professional actors. We have a stable of actors that know how wahis work and are experienced in the kind of conversational acting a wahi requires. If your project needs actors, we can handle that for you. We’re able to find the perfect demographic to fit the needs of your project.
Design and Videography
A lot of creative work goes into the making of every wahi. Our designers and video professionals are integral to this creative process. They’ll make sure the message we’ve crafted together looks and sounds as great as it does on paper.
Development and Setup
There’s a whole lot of technology that goes on behind the scenes in every wahi. As our patent pending system delivers the wahi via the user’s web browser, it‘s doing things like preloading assets, preparing for possible upcoming message branching, storing answers to the questions its asking, securing the data, and more. But, you won’t have to worry about any of this. Just know that we’ve got you covered.
Data Reporting
Once your wahi is launched, you’ll immediately start receiving feedback. You’ll be provided with login credentials to run real-time reporting on the data that has been collected. There’s all kinds of things you can find out through our reporting system. Want to know how many people went down a certain branch last week? No problem. Want to see the percentage of people who answered a certain way on a specific question? Go for it. Want to export an Excel list of answers to an open ended question? Be our guest. Our reporting tool is yours, and its available to you 24/7.

After we build your wahi, people have to see it, right? Our communication partners are experienced in getting the word out about your wahi. No matter how big or small your project, we can make sure your message gets to the right people.
